Effective Business Cards

I had a great Web 2.0 experience this week! (More on Web 2.0 coming; this is a subject I am getting really excited about; stay tuned!) I ordered business cards online from Vista Print. Now, I know what you are thinking – “He ordered business cards and he’s getting excited about this?” Bear with me and stick with me on this! I browsed their site, yet, I could not find a design I liked. Then I saw an offer to call and get a free, no obligation custom design in about 30 minutes. So, using Skype, I called (Skyped) and their friendly representative had me follow right along on-screen via their website. I got a GREAT custom business card – in about 30 minutes (just as promised). I used the Internet to talk to her, see and work with her on the design, and get something better than I would have received going back and forth for a week with a local print shop. It was great!
