Support

Getting help with Foresight is easy.

	Take a look at the on-line Overview and User's Guide.
	You can review the System Requirements section to make sure your system meets the needed system requirements to run Foresight.
	You can review the Frequently Asked Questions section to see if your question has already been asked and answered.
	You can review the Known Issues and Release Notes sections to see if the issue you are encountering has been reported and / or resolved.
	You can easily submit a request for technical support (or send us a suggestion) by simply filling out the Support Request Form. A Technical Support Specialist will email you back, usually within one business day.

System Requirements

Outlook	Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 or SP3 (recommended) or Microsoft Outlook 2007 (SP1 recommended)
Administrator Access	Administrator privileges / access is required to install Foresight.
Computer and Processor	Personal computer with an Intel Pentium 2.4Ghz or higher processor, Pentium 4 HT 3.4Ghz or higher recommended.
Memory	512 megabytes (Mb) of RAM, 1 gigabyte (Gb) or more recommended.
Hard Disk	100Mb of available hard disk space, more is recommended.
Operating System	Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP - SP2 or Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 (SP3) or later.
Display	Super VGA (800 x 600) or a higher-resolution monitor.
Other Software Components	Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Note: This will be installed by Foresight if it is not already installed.
